Service Essentials

Valid CDL-A License:

You must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.

Minimum Experience

At least 2 years of OTR driving experience, or 1 year with a trucking school certification.

Safe Driving History

A history of safe driving, free of major accidents or violations.

Drug & Alcohol Free

Compliance with DOT drug and alcohol regulations, including successful completion of pre-employment testing.

Medical Certification

A current DOT medical card.

Strong Communication Skills

Ability to communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and fellow team members.

Physical Fitness

Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including loading and unloading, and managing long hours on the road.

A strong work ethic and commitment to timely deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service.
